Zásady pro doručování

DISPATCH ITEMS
Orders are dispatched during business hours which are Monday - Friday, note that this will differ during bank holidays.

Any order received prior to 12pm Monday - Friday will usually be dispatched the same day, note during busier periods of the year this could be reasonably delayed.

All orders received after 12pm will be dispatched the next working day, note during busier periods of the year this could be reasonably delayed.

Orders received after 12pm on a Friday will be dispatched the following Monday, this will differ during bank holidays.

COURIER
All shipping is sent via DHL GoGreen, however we reserve the right to change the courier at any time.

SHIPPING REFUNDS
Shipping fees are non-refundable for unwanted items or where the order was placed incorrectly.

LOST OR DAMAGED DELIVERY
In the unlikely event that your parcel is lost or damaged, you have 14 days from the shipping date to make a claim with us. Note that our customer service team will ask for photographic evidence in the event of damaged goods, including the shipping packaging.

We aim to resolve the outcome within 10 business days.

CUSTOMS, TAXES & DUTIES 
All shipments to international territories may be liable for customs clearance in the form of taxes and duties. This would need to be paid in addition directly to the courier service, who would contact you should extra fees be incurred. SPARKES HOLDINGS LTD t/a THE GRUFF STUFF will not be responsible for any customs charges.
